
Shipping Policy: Items in stock generally ship within 48 hours of receipt in our office. Items not in stock may take 1-6 weeks to receive. We currently ship USPS priority mail in the US and First Class International for out of the country orders. To ensure your package is shipped in a timely manner, please provide us with an accurate shipping address and please note on the order if your address typically encounters shipping difficulties. Any packages returned due to incorrect/insufficient address will require additional shipping paid for by customer.
Prices may vary for oversized packages.
Oversized Packages: Certain oversized packages may require additional shipping cost. In the event that your order falls in to our "oversized package" category, Two as One, LLC will contact you before shipping for confirmation of that cost.
Sales Tax: Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York.
Shipping to PO Boxes: Packages shipping to PO Boxes will be shipped Priority Mail through the Postal Service.
Return policy: Here at Two as One Horsemanship, we strive to run an honest business and want all our customers satisfied with their purchases-please ask any questions before buying and we will answer them honestly and to the best of our ability.
We are sorry, but we are unable to offer returns or refunds on our downloadable horse training videos.
You may return unused tack for refund or replacement within 10 days of the shipment date if the product is in original and resalable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Video training tapes may not be returned unless found to be defective. You may wish to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. If an exchange is possible, customer will be responsible for return shipping on item to be exchanged and shipping for new item. Defective items will be shipped at no charge. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs that were charged to us. If a return is sent that we cannot re-sell as new-it will be refused. We MUST be notified of any returns beforehand so we can provide a return authorization, or the package will be denied.
Customer guarantee: Two as One Horsemanship guarantees products to be free of defects. If a product is found to be defective it may be returned for exchange within 10 days from shipment date. All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid receipt of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Replacements for defective items will be shipped free of charge.
Policy Changes: From time to time, we may use customer information for unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change, we will post these changes on our Web site. We encourage you to review our privacy policy and shipping and returns policy periodically.
